Kara specializes in the area of probate real estate. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) I assist administrators and executors with the sale of any real estate properties that the estate must liquidate. Kara works with attorneys, estate sales specialists, as well as any necessary professionals to prepare the property for sale. Kara provides all needed support when selling a probate property.
